The best thing ever just happened on Friday: 90 of my professors and classmates shaved their heads for St. Baldrick's. They raised $30,000 to fun pediatric cancer research and went bald in solidarity with kids who unwillingly lose their hair to chemotherapy. Watching them take such a big leap was amazing to watch because their nerves, excitement, and energy were palpable. I'm so proud of them - they are the best doctors (and future doctors) ever!
